“Looking back when I first did my passion test, I was struggling with my career as my interest in my job diminished after 4 years. I kept asking myself if I’ve adopted the right attitude towards my job, though it may not be something I majored in during tertiary education. After I did the passion test, I have clarity that what I really enjoyed doing is photography, travelling and community service. So months after I did the first passion test, I’ve decided to tender my resignation.
Not knowing what exactly to do next, I took a short vacation to Vietnam and Cambodia where I witnessed the poverty cycle of the less fortunate children. When I returned from the trip, and going through my photographs, it became clear to me that I wanted to do charity work. Since then I have initiated a Hair for Hope 2011 satellite event, volunteered as photographer for community service projects, supported in overseeing a charity concert, and led secondary school students to Cambodia for learning journey cum community service. As I was doing what I love, opportunities also opened for my own photography business eventually.
This time when I did my passion test again, I realized that all the markers I’ve declared for the 1st test came true one by one. I’m on track with my passion and enjoy doing what I really want. To me, this is one test that I’ll continue to re-audit periodically as a self check if I want to continue to align with my true PASSION IN LIFE. I’ve done my 2nd test recently and I’m very excited to see if I will realise these new passions in 2012.

With the Passion Test journey, I know that as I live my life passionately and make decisions and take actions in favor of my passions, I’ll always attract things to me with no effort. It also comforts me that the actions I’ve been taking have always been passion-driven. Now, I know that, I am even more committed to my passions and will allow all wonderful things and experiences to come to me.
I think the process of setting Markers was an eye-opening one for me. The first round of Markers were set from my current resources and know-how and were honestly, uninspiring. But by working with Gennet and allowing myself to dream big, the Markers became more grandoise but more importantly, much more enticing and attractive to me. It’s as if a stronger magnetic field has been created between me and my Markers. I giggle everytime I look at these Markers because the thought of them coming through excites me.
Gennet has a natural soothing sage-like quality about her. Her ability to laugh, be emphatic and encouraging with me puts me at ease and allows me to open up and be authentic so that deep work can take place. I can’t wait to review the work with her next.

I am so happy I did the Passion Test! It has given me greater clarity about what I want in my life and renewed my sense of purpose. Gennet has been a fantastic facilitator – she really listens to you and makes sure that you understand how to use the tools in order to benefit truly from the exercises. My life is a lot more fun now and so much is happening! Funny isn’t it? Once you set the intention, how things all start to fall into place.

Before the Passion Test, I thought I already knew what I wanted in life but I was happy to do the test anyway so I can have it all written down again. Well, I was completely surprised with the results! The Passion Test really helped me clarify how a life I truly love looks like, sounds like and feels like. I discovered things that I didn’t know meant a lot to me, until they came up on the list. In just 2 weeks after the Test, I noticed that I’ve been making choices and decisions that are aligned with my passions, sometimes even unconsciously. I have gained more clarity and have definitely been empowered by the journey.
The most powerful parts of the Course for me were coming up with my Top 5 and doing “The Work” with Gennet. The Top 5 really zeroed in on the most important aspects of my Ideal Life and “The Work” unearthed and released limiting beliefs that have been robbing me of more love and joy in my life.
The Passion Test is definitely a journey that everyone must embark on, whether you are at life’s major crossroads or not. Gennet is a wonderful Coach – she really helped me to find clarity and to break free from the past, one step at a time. She has given me loving support and useful tools to empower me for the rest of my journey, so that I may live a life I truly love.

I was able to gain a greater clarity about what it is that I truly desire to create in this life. I am able to embrace all opportunities that come my way with the joy, trust and confidence that I know how to choose in favour of my passions. The greatest thing for me, is to be able to articulate what I believe in, what I’m about, what I stand for and what I’m super passionate about.
The first time I did the 100th birthday speech I was blown away by the idea. It was the first time I had truly imagined myself in the future, in a position where I was able to reflect upon what I had achieved through the eyes of my significant other. After writing my first 100th birthday speech three amazing opportunities related to my passions came my way. It was then I realized the power of intention, attention and no tension J
The Markers were powerful in helping me visualize success when I was living my passions. The exercise got me to a space where I was living my passions with harmony and ease. This has made me realize and truly believe that I am capable of achieving them.
I like the phrase “This or Something Better!” as it allowed me to let go and really feel a sense of gratitude for the amazing gifts that continue to come my way.
The vision book is something that I really treasure as it has become for me, the first step in making my dreams tangible.
Gennet is an amazing facilitator! Doing the passion test is really fun, exciting and positively transformative. For me, it is a powerful tool for self-knowledge and self-actualization. The Passion Test Course is a wonderful, meaningful and fulfilling experience.

Using the Passion Test, I am able to trigger out big, huge important things in my life that I would probably have forgotten or been too busy to think. I remembered clearly the last thing I could handle was to have a global business but it came out during the passion test in September 2009.
With this passion being brought to my awareness, I created a global business with lots of fun, ease and joy. And in less than 6 months, I have businesses in 2 countries with 3 business partners while earning my first incentive trip to Gold Coast!
With my passions listed and my focusing on them daily through different tools that was taught by Gennet, I am able to shift my energy to creating them with creativity and expansion, and along the way with challenges. I am a lot more joyful in my daily creation of passion!
The top 5 choices was significant as I wanted to have as many in as possible but Gennet says, “you will have all these and more” that reassures me as I trust her completely. In addition, the belief work also shocked me as one of my constant struggles or belief was rooted from many years ago and with Gennet being with me, I am able to identify and things started to shift again. Awesome!
I have benefited from the Passion Test facilitated by Gennet Song. The rewards came in both tangible and intangible ways. I was brought awareness of my deepest passions and was also able to create them with ease and joy and fun!
The different tools that Gennet uses also guided me new discovery of myself. My life has been turned around miraculously by this wonderful Passion Test! I am so excited about my life and my creations!

This simple test is an awesome tool. It reminds me to live out a life that is of my own; to live life according to my passions. It concretized the belief that we can live out all of our passions, and be the person we want to be. After taking the test, I have begun to enjoy the process of living out my life, and not be too preoccupied with the details of how I can achieve my goals.
Creating the markers was remarkable. During the development, I could feel myself imagining the ‘ah-ha’ moments when I realize that I’m living out one of my passions. The self-discovery is incredible.
I feel that Gennet is a first-class communicator, and takes the concept to the level of understanding of her students. She is sensitive to the minute details, and makes a deliberate effort to ensure that the course is delivered with a personal touch.

I really got reconnected back to my true passions and was clearer this time when I did the process with Gennet. I feel recharged and energized whenever I read my passions out and found myself able to dream further & expand. I was in resistance when I was doing the Passion Test. This is because I was at a stage of my life when I felt that I was no longer passionate about anything other than living by the day and concentrate on making money to support myself to get whatever I want it be for me or for others.
Gennet was patient and gentle in her approach. She supported me through the process with firm yet gentle pushes and I get it that she is passionate about people living their passions. Though Gennet knows me well, she did not let her own judgment and assessment get in the way of supporting me to really ‘find out’ what it is I am truly passionate about.
Ever since I completed my passion test, I became much more aware of my thoughts. I was able to understand the chain effect of every decision that I made. This has allowed me to live my life with such joy & freedom that I’ve not experienced before.
Knowing what is truly most important to me has also been very powerful in supporting me to live my life with true passion once again!

What I have gain out of my Passion Test journey includes to dream big once again. It’s easy to get into rat race of the world and forget about the things I once used to love when I was a little girl. This journey has help me uncover passions and dreams that I had put on the shelve for years unconsciously and brought it to the forefront once again. Gennet created a such a safe space for me to finally allow myself to get pass all the noise in life and look at things simply and joyously. With clarity in place, I noticed that things would just fall in place at the right time and the right place. It was just so easy! Even though it was not what I was expecting, it’s amazing how things would turn out base on what I said I wanted. I learn that it doesn’t have to look a certain way, and the possibilities are infinite.
Creating my vision board for my passions were the most significant to me, it was like going back to preschool and doing an art & craft session. Since I’m such a visual person, looking for the photos and putting it together got my energy pumping and excited about life all over again. Byron Katie’s work was also another significant process for me, for once I got to look at things as it is and it’s amazing how releasing it was for me.
Gennet has a gift of creating the right space for me each session we had. I admire her patience, love & strength to do her work, the constant shift she makes to provide the best for me during the session was the most impressive for me. I’m glad I’ve found my passions in life, created clarity on what and how it looks like for me and I’m excited to live it on a daily basis. The jaded girl I used to be is gone now and I’m just passionately looking at what I can create each day moving towards my passions. Thank you Gennet for your work!
