This is only for people who are serious about personal development, growing and getting out of the rut! A typical journey is 4 to 6 sessions of 1.5 hours each.
We get clear what you want to journey towards, with clear markers of what you want to get to, we carefully customise a programme to meet your needs. Besides purposeful conversations where you have a sounding board for your own clarity, we use processes like NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy, Motivation Profiles, centering work and aromatherapy.
Each person is unique and we want to support you in a way that works best with you.
